The short answer

For a console, look for HDMI 2.1, 4K at 120Hz and variable refresh rate (VRR). The LG C6 OLED covers all three on every input. For a monitor, the LG UltraGear 32GR93U-B has HDMI 2.1 at 4K and 144Hz. Pick a headset that matches your console. We make no claims about how GTA 6 will run on any of these.

What to check before you buy

  • HDMI 2.1 on the port you will use. Some TVs have only two full-speed ports, and one may be shared with a soundbar. Check the spec sheet.
  • 4K at 120Hz and VRR. The two features that matter for console play. Confirmed on the manufacturer pages below.
  • Size and distance. RTINGS keeps a PS5 monitor roundup you can compare against. We could not read its list in full, so we do not repeat its ranking.
  • Headset version. Razer says the BlackShark V3 Pro has Xbox and PlayStation versions Confirmed. Buy the one for your console.
