Western US and Canada: check before you stay up
If you play on the West Coast, do not assume midnight. Check the countdown on your store page in the days before launch.
Quick mental maths
- Eastern time: midnight Eastern is 05:00 UTC. Add your offset from Eastern.
- UK: midnight UK time is 00:00 UTC, the same moment.
- Australia east coast: Sydney and Melbourne are on daylight time in November, 11 hours ahead of UTC.
- Daylight saving: the US ended daylight time on November 1 and Europe in October, so the table uses standard time for both. Australia and New Zealand are on daylight time.
