What to do on the night
Launch night in Australia
- Pre-load opens on November 12 for digital pre-orders. Rockstar has confirmed the date, not the hour, so start the download as soon as it appears in your library. Confirmed
- On November 18, open the game's page on your console's store and look for a countdown or an unlock time in your own time zone.
- Be signed in and up to date at least an hour before the unlock, and restart your console to apply any system update.
- If the game does not unlock when this page says, use the store countdown. The store is the final word.
